UNBOXING: GlamourBox Inglot Pro Picks for Every Beauty

I received my GlamourBox Inglot Pro Picks for Every Beauty box some time ago and here are the products you’ll find in the package!

I’ve been a big fan of GlamourBox for a long, long time and this is like the nth box I’ve gotten. I actually discovered my favorite HG pencil liner (the Eye of Horus) through them!

I was one of the lucky ones who was able to get a slot for this box. I heard it sold out a few days after the launch date! The price tag is a hefty Php 1,290 and you actually don’t know what you’re gonna get, so it really is a gamble, just so you know.

Anyway, on to the contents! Can I just say that the box itself is glorious and luxurious to look at? Black is always an elegant color, imho.

When you open it, you’d be surprised at how many products are included in the package. I do admit that it was a little overwhelming but I’ll do my best to lay it all out for you, LOL.

O2M Breathable Nail Enamel (Php 650) – 1 piece, Inglot Notebook, and Vouchers

HAHA. Of all colors to receive I got the bright green one! It’s not my thing but I AM liking the tiny notebook and the vouchers. The box comes with a Php 1,500 voucher for a make-over at any Inglot store and a discount coupon if you decide to make a purchase (5% for credit card, 10% for cash).

Freedom System Blush (Php 595) – 1 piece

This is one color out of four that you could possibly get. I’m lucky I received a somewhat neutral peachy color, hehe.

Freedom System Eyeshadow (Php 425/pc) – 3 pieces

I am in love with the shimmery brown color! Although I am not too sure about the purple/violet and pink shades. I guess they really are staying true to their “every beauty” handle so there really is something for everyone, no matter your personal taste in color and make-up, haha!

Freedom System Lipsticks (Php 425/pc) – 5 pieces

This is, personally, what wow-ed me, LOL. There’s so many! Of course, my preferences tend to lean towards the darker shades. You guys know I’m not fond of pinks or bright reds.

And that’s that! Here’s my final verdict: I don’t think it’s worth it. LOL.

Okay, to be fair, I haven’t opened a single one of the lipsticks or the eyeshadows so I can’t really give you my thoughts on pigmentation, lasting power, and color, etc. BUT therein lies my problem! The Inglot Freedom System is a wonderful, wonderful thing but ONLY if you have one of their magnetic palettes!

And the GlamourBox Inglot Pro Picks for Every Beauty doesn’t come with it. So. If you open a lipstick or eyeshadow up, there’s no place to store them in, not unless you already have one of their palettes, in which case, this opinion really shouldn’t matter to you, LOL.

The number of products is astounding, you really do get bang for your buck. But if you’re a picky make-up user like me, it might not be worth the price tag. I also think that if they had included a small palette, then, it would have been a to-die-for, killer GlamourBox. That would have turned my opinion around. 🙂
