HELLA And Grab Partner To Put Safety In Action

We all know that food delivery services and their riders have been so essential to our survival in the past two years. To give back to the riders and their community, HELLA has partnered with Grab to put safety in action through various initiatives! 🙂

Some of the initiatives that HELLA has worked with Grab are Kwentong Vacc to Normal, Vacc to Normal Livestreams, and Vacc to the Beat.

Each of these projects help support and promote vaccinated drivers and riders, to help uplift them while they do their jobs of providing services to the whole country.

“For the longest time, HELLA has been a strong advocate of road safety by offering the market with the parts that matter. With the current pandemic, HELLA wants to give back to the community through initiatives that support vaccination and what better way to do it than through a trusted partner,” shared De Leon. “Extending our partnership with Grab enables us to reach more drivers and riders who tirelessly work during these disruptive times. We want to recognize their sacrifices by providing them another layer of safety by improving their visibility on the road.”

For Kwentong Vacc to Normal, HELLA provides car parts and accessories to vaccination Grab drivers and riders whose testimonials are highlighted. In these stories, they share their hesitation to get vaccinated, and also their realizations that this is for the safety and well-being of those around them.

With Vacc to Normal, livestreams featuring health and safety-related topics were produced to help educate the Grab community. HELLA pushed participated by providing giveaways of 50 dash cams to lucky viewers!

And finally, Vacc to the Beat is a dance competition that encouraged Grab drivers and riders to dance to the Vacc to the Beat Jingle. HELLA sponsored the Grand Prize worth Php 50,000, which was won by The Original Xposed who had the best #HellaBakUNAMoves, with other prizes.
