What Is The New HONOR Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park?
The new HONOR Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is the brand’s first self-funded factory. The proprietary technology behind HONOR’s smartphones, laptops, wearables, and routers are made in the highly secured facility.
The factory is equipped with cutting-edge manufacturing and testing facilities. HONOR is also proud to share that 20% of the staff in the Park are from R&D, ensuring that each device that comes out of the park is made with top-of-the-line technology combined with today’s innovations.
Maintaining Manufacturing Excellence
According to HONOR, their new Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park maintains the three pillars of manufacturing excellence. This includes automation, digitalization, and intelligent technology.
The Park has 75% of its production line automated to lessen the risk of human error when it comes to producing its devices. More than 40% of these processes and automated equipment are also developed by in-house personnel, serving as proof of the synergy between R&D and the Park’s manufacturing services.
