Stardew Valley to Hit Consoles Holiday 2016

I am a bit skeptical with this piece of news but it’s been announced by maker ConcernedApe that their Harvest Moon-inspired RPG, Stardew Valley, will be hitting the consoles (Playstation 4, XBox One, and Wii U) by the holiday season this 2016.

I guess this is coming from how much of a hit Stardew Valley currently is. Right now, they’re on the way to upgrading the game, making it multi-player (I’m curious how that’ll turn out, I just hope nobody will dare steal my crops and shit) with its incoming 1.1 patch.

I wrote about the game previously but after a few months, the glamour of the game kind of faded away and I found myself a little bored already. I may love the idea of nostalgic Harvest Moon but having Stardew Valley remind me so much of it still didn’t keep me playing.

But that’s just me. As I said, I am quite intrigued by the multi-player aspect, so we’ll see if I change my mind once the updates roll out! But yay for you console guys, you get to play Stardew Valley! 🙂

The game will be upgraded in terms of controls and they are looking into Mac and Linux versions as well. So, crossing fingers that it’ll apply to the PC version too because that’s what I currently have, LOL!
