This year, The Nationals is already in its 4th installment and Call of Duty: Mobile is the latest game title to be part of the festivities. 🙂
The Nationals Powers The Call of Duty: Mobile Philippine Open
The Nationals have already started a series of grassroots tournaments that will lead up to the Pro league. They will start with the Challenger and Academy tournament series so that gamers, from students and more, will be able to compete for a chance to be part of The Nationals pro teams.
Those who make it in these tournament series will participate in the Draft, where they can be chosen by pro teams to be part of their lineup for the Pro League.

The Nationals already started its Challenger series tournament last weekend, August 20-21. However, it does have the upcoming 2nd Challenger Series by August 27, 2022. Interested Call of Duty: Mobile players can sign up via the .
For students who aspire to be pro players, the Academy series will also happen on August 27, 2022, with free signups open on their as well.
“We’re very excited. Finally, nandito na ulit tayo and we get to showcase a lot more of our esports athletes and aspiring esports athletes in the Philippines,” says league president, Jab Escutin, “We have a new game, and so this is a new thing for us and we’re excited to hit the ground running and hopefully the community is ready to showcase their talent also.”
The Nationals league commissioner, Ren Vitug, also adds, “We’re really looking forward into bringing the Nationals’ touch into this competition. We think we can give a new avenue and portal for the players and teams to expose themselves to the game itself. We’re really happy for that and it’s going to be exciting this year.”
