ViewSonic has recently launched a new set of IPS gaming monitors with three different models that complete their lineup. Each gaming monitor boasts of high refresh rates and vivid colors, so let’s check each of them out! 🙂
Elite XG270QG
This is a 27-inch monitor that has an impressive 165Hz refresh rate, and 1ms response time. Combined with it being compatible with G-SYNC, it provides a smooth gameplay experience, especially when playing fast-paced competitive games.
Created for the esports player or hardcore gamer in mind, the gaming monitor has a frameless IPS panel, with a 2560 x 1440 QHD resolution. Prices have yet to be confirmed but the ViewSonic Elite XG270QG will be available in the PH around April 2021.
ViewSonic XG2405
With a 24-inch IPS panel, the ViewSonic XG2405 also has a 1m response time but with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The design of the gaming monitor is very intriguing, with 3 borderless sides, making it a sleek addition to any hardcore or casual gamer set-up.
With its AMD FreeSync technology, the gaming monitor provides bright colors and good responsive control. However, again, no prices or availability dates have been confirmed by the brand.
ViewSonic VX2705-2KP-mhd
And last but not least, the ViewSonic VX2705-2KP-mhd is another 27-inch QHD gaming monitor with a resolution of 2560 x 1440. The refresh rate is maintained at 144Hz, with a 1ms response time, and Adaptive Sync support.
What’s most intriguing about this gaming monitor is the option to choose between a DisplayPort or two HDMI ports, so it’s easy to connect the monitor between your PC or other gaming consoles.

I’ve actually been looking for a new monitor to replace my old one, and the ViewSonic VX2705-2KP-mhd is sounding like it’s right up my alley. I really like the option of choosing between a DisplayPort or two HDMI ports. This means I can connect my PC, my PlayStation or Switch in just one monitor without an HDMI switcher! O.O
