On this Hokkaido tour, fans will visit areas and landscapes that inspired Ghost of Yotei‘s beautiful settings and environment. According to the site, the tour features the following:

  • Noboribetsu Date Jidaimura – the place where ninjas, samurai, and Edo-period streets echo the world of Ghost of Yōtei.
  • Noboribetsu Jigokudani (Hell Valley) – a volcanic landscape that inspired the game’s Oni domains and folklore.
  • Mount Yōtei – the ever-present peak that anchors both Hokkaido’s scenery and the game’s journey.

The Klook site options indicate that the tour will only be available for a limited time, in specific dates, from November 2025 to March 2026.

What’s more, the tour will cost 20,000 JPY or roughly $132 USD, and interested fans will have to pay for their own visit to Japan to get to the tour’s meeting point in Hokkaido.

PlayStation has several activities and contests available for fans to win limited-edition Ghost of Yotei PlayStation consoles and controllers, or Klook vouchers. Be sure to visit the official site to know how to participate.

I don’t think I can afford another trip to Japan any time soon, but this is a great way to experience traditional Japanese culture and settings, with a gamer twist. I hope many of you get to go! 🙂
