It’s official! HoYo Fest 2025 is happening again around Southeast Asia, and we have information on the official date and venues! 🙂
HoYo Fest 2025 Official Dates and Venues
As you can see from the above picture, the event will take place across the region in different countries all at the same time.
- Indonesia: 24th – 27th July 2025, 1000 – 2100, Surabaya Convention Center (SCC)
- Malaysia: 24th – 27th July 2025, 1000 – 2000, Pavilion Exhibition Centre Bukit Jalil, Hall 1 & 2
- Thailand: 24th – 27th July 2025, 1000 – 2000, The Mall Bangkapi, MCC Hall
- Philippines: 24th – 27th July 2025, 1000 –2000, SMX Convention Center Manila, Hall 3
- Vietnam: 24th – 27th July 2025, 0900 – 2000, Sky Expo, Hall A5
- Singapore: 25th – 27th July 2025, 1000 – 2000, Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Hall 406CXD
HoYo FEST 2025 aims to provide a community-focused experience, where fans and gamers can gather, take part in a variety of activities, and have fun!
Be Part of the HoYoverse Event!
Following its introduction in Indonesia’s and Vietnam’s HoYo FEST in 2024, HoYo FEST Artist Alley will debut across South East Asia, allowing artists to display and sell HoYoverse inspired merchandise and art of Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, Honkai Impact 3, and other HoYoverse titles.
Additionally, new this year is the Stage Segment, where Cosplayers, Performers and Fan Artists can showcase their talents on the HoYo FEST stage.
Registration for the Artist Alley and Stage Segment begins today, and interested creators can register below:
