How to Redeem Your Freebies
To claim the corresponding freebie, customers must register their purchase HERE and then provide the following requirements:
- Full name (as shown in a valid ID)
- Complete address and contact details
- Valid ID
- Proof of purchase (invoice)
- MTM and serial number of the device
Once validated, customers will receive an update within 7 to 21 business days. Freebies will be shipped within 15 to 30 business days after successful redemption, but customers will still shoulder the shipping fees.
