Philippines Master Ball League 2025-26 Hits 3K+ Attendees

Held over two days at the SMX Convention Center in Manila last April, the 2025-26 Philippines Master Ball League had a total of 3,475 attendees.
According to the release, attendance increased by 270% compared to the previous year, the highest ever recorded for a competitive Pokemon TCG event in the country.
Of this total, 1,034 players competed in the main tournament, while 2,441 visitors engaged in various side events designed for the general public. This milestone reflects the rapid expansion of the Pokémon community in the Philippines and underscores the rising momentum of the region’s competitive ecosystem.
Top finishers from each division earned invitations to compete in the 2026 Pokémon World Championships, scheduled to be held in San Francisco, USA, in August 2026, where they will represent the Philippines on the global stage.

Other activities during the event included Nintendo Switch 2 Hands-On Experience, Pokémon MEZASTAR, and beginner-friendly trial programs for Pokémon Trading Card Game, etc.
