I know we’ve been waiting a long time for news about the release date of the upcoming rhythm game RATATAN. Well, we’ve got good news, Early Access is launching September 2025!
RATATAN Early Access on September 19, 2025
The official date of RATATAN‘s Early Access launch on Steam will be September 19, 2025, 12:00 a.m. JST / 3:00 p.m. UTC / 8:00 a.m. PDT.. The game is actually available for wishlisting on the platform. 🙂
Early Access was originally supposed to happen on July 2025, but was pushed back by devs as they needed more time to finesse the title. I’m all for it, honestly!
New Content to Expect
During the recent invite-only RATATAN play session in early August, devs revealed new content for players to expect during Early Access. This includes two new worlds: World 3: Jam Jammer Jungle Journey and World 4: Frozen Flower Fantasia.
Of course, new RATATANs and weapon types were also revealed during the play session, and these will also be part of Early Access content in September.
A live stream update will also happen right before Early Access begins on September 14, 2025, so stay tuned for that! 🙂
