Filipino Potterheads, check your windowsills because the realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition is on its way to the Philippines!
It’s not just a themed case and a wallpaper pack either. Here is what realme has teased so far, plus the specs that come with all that magic.
realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition – Design and Wizarding Details
Turn the realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition over and the theme is right there. The Hogwarts Four-House Crest sits on a 3D diamond-pattern leather finish inspired by the wizard chessboard.
Under UV light, all four house colors show up at once. realme calls it Quadra Light-Sensing Color-changing Tech, and says it is a world-first for a phone.
The Hedwig-inspired camera deco is done in aluminum alloy, “Welcome to Hogwarts” is laser-engraved on the mid-frame, and the body measures 8.47mm.
The magic carries into the software, with a Hogwarts Castle wallpaper, a Harry Potter-inspired boot animation, a fingerprint animation that sends acceptance letters flying, and more than 30 redesigned app icons. I am a bit miffed that we have not seen that fingerprint unlock in action yet, honestly.
Specs and What’s Still Under Wraps
Under the spellwork, here are the specs we know about the realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition:
- Camera – Industry-first TÜV-certified 200MP LumaColor Camera
- Battery – 7000mAh Titan Battery with 80W fast charging
- Display – 144Hz FHD+ AMOLED
- Durability – IP69 Pro Dust and Water Resistance
The packaging got the same treatment. The limited-edition gift box is styled as a Hogwarts acceptance kit, and there is a hidden surprise inside that realme is not spoiling yet.
No price or Philippine availability date has been announced so far, so treat this as a teaser for now. For the full reveal, follow realme Philippines’ official Facebook page. 🙂
