First Look at the Sony FX 5 and RX10 V
One of the highlights of Sony Alpha Fest 2026 was the crowd’s first look at the new Sony FX 5 and RX10 V.
The RX10 V features a versatile 24-600mm ZEISS® Vario-Sonnar T lens, AI-powered Real-time Recognition Autofocus, blackout-free continuous shooting of up to 30 fps, and 4K 120p recording in a compact body–making it an ideal companion for travel, wildlife, sports, and everyday photography.
Preorders for this camera are still on-going at Php 130,999, with freebies of a free NP-FZ100 Battery for those who purchase from July 10 to August 7, 2026.
Meanwhile, the Sony FX5 is equipped with a full-frame stacked Exmor RS™ CMOS sensor, the latest BIONZ XR™ processor, integrated AI, and advanced recording capabilities including Open Gate, internal 16-bit X-OCN, and up to 4K 240p recording, the FX5 delivers exceptional cinematic performance in a lightweight, production-ready design.
Preorders are also open from July 23 to August 24, 2026, at Php 318,000 for body only and Php 349,000 with the XLR Handle.

Win Magsino talked about Wildlife Photography, Jiggie Alejandrino talked about Wedding and Portrait Photography, and Martin San Diego took charge of Street Photography, demonstrating how to capture compelling stories through everyday moments.
Nicco Valenzuela guided participants about Landscape Photography, Jason Magbanua, shared his expertise in Wedding Videography, while Manny Librodo talked about Festivals & Portrait Photography.
