Game Features & Details
Developed and published by Speed Sparkle Lab, Starsand Island is a “pastoral life sim” title that offers a highly relaxing farming experience and satisfying fishing mechanics. It has a fluid combat-mining system and highly practical manufacturing planning to add layers to the gameplay strategy. Other features include a DIY construction system and relationships with NPCs.
The development team emphasizes that the game provides not only rich content but also a deep connection between variousgameplay systems, strengthening the bond between players and the land through task cycles to build a quintessential Chinese-style healing retreat.
Passing over 500,000 wishlists on Steam, Starsand Island will be available on PC, with physical editions for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 1|2 published by Game Source Entertainment (GSE).
The game is now in Steam’s Early Access, with the official release time frame being Summer 2026. 🙂
