At long last! My Playstation 4 Pro has arrived. Actually, it’s been with me for a week or so already and I’ve started playing games on it! But before I delve into new game reviews, let’s do a short, excitement-filled unboxing! 🙂
I know most of my friends are probably very sick of hearing me gripe about new PS4 games coming out and me not having a PS4. So, when a colleague from the tech/geek industry (Shout out to Sir Alexei of The Technoclast) let me know that Game One had stocked them online, off I went with my trusty PayPal account and credit card. (BTW, I bought my unit for Php 22,995.00 and and paid for LBC Shipping worth Php 600.00)
AND IT’S FINALLY HERE, GUYS! MY PS4 Pro! I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR SO LONG, FORGIVE THE CAPS, BECAUSE I JUST, I CANNOT, I MEAN, I CAN’T EVEN. IDEK KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN ON HOW HAPPY I AM HUHU!
I did say it’s been so long since I bought or touched a console (and one of my own, at least) so it was really a fan-gasmic moment when I opened the box and set the console up.
For those who are curious, I made the steadfast decision of purchasing a PS4 Pro solely on the fact that it caters to 4K graphics capabilities. I know there aren’t a lot of 4K games yet in the market and truth be told, I don’t have a 4K monitor/TV yet. (YET. KEYWORD YET, K.) BUT, but, but, but, I had wanted to get the Playstation 4 Pro because THE FUTURE OF GAMING IS HERE!!!!!!!
I’m sure that most publishers/developers are already creating their next titles with 4K in mind so, yeah, I’m preparing myself for those times. At least I can say that, I AM PREPARED! Haha, take that Illidan, LOL.
Anyways, I did a LIVE Unboxing over at my FB page, so you guys can check it out. Btw, please skip to around 4:20 because I do a lot of random shit before the actual unboxing of the thing. HAHA!
Oops, sorry for the weird format, but I’d rather I can host the video here, so you guys can see, haha! Watch out for more game reviews! I’ve just started Final Fantasy XV (like, effin finally) and I’m in Chapter 3 right now, so I think that’s more than enough game immersion to form some cohesive thoughts on it! Yay!
