Verbatim is making a renewed push into the Philippine technology market through a strategic partnership with Wordtext Systems, Inc. (WSI).
Verbatim and WSI Team Up to Hit Local Market
The tie-up between the two companies was recently unveiled at “Anywhere. Everyday.”, a product portfolio launch that covers mobile charging solutions, power banks, wireless chargers, portable SSDs, and everyday computer accessories built around on-the-go use.
That is a wider net than the optical media brand started with. The portable SSDs carry the part of the business that people already trust with their files, while the chargers and power banks cover the rest of the day away from a wall socket.

Appointing WSI as its strategic distribution partner gives the brand access to a reseller, retail, and e-commerce network built over years as a value-added IT distributor here. WSI delivers software, hardware, networking, and consumer technology to businesses and retailers nationwide, which is the reach the brand is buying into.
Customers will soon find Verbatim’s latest lineup through authorized channel partners nationwide, with more retail and online availability to be announced in the coming weeks. No prices or specific product arrival dates in the Philippines yet.
