I’ve always considered TVs as something more of a “want” than a “need”. Though my family puts a bit of importance in the quality and brand of the televisions that occupy spaces in our home, I’ve never been one to truly care about them. ‘Til now.
Get to know the newest in Sony‘s TV line-up as they recently launched the BRAVIA OLED A1 Series, the latest in their 4K HDR Range.
I’m not one of those people that you can walk up to and ask what TV I can recommend. I’m just not that much of a tech junkie and I really don’t claim to be. But I do know that there are some features in tech that I specifically watch out for.
In this case, the new Sony BRAVIA OLED A1 Series seems to cater to the advent of video streaming services, 4K UHD Blu-Ray, and of course, Playstation 4 gaming. Whee!
Though not the first to introduce the OLED or 4K HDR display capabilities of TVs in the Philippines, the BRAVIA OLED A1 series does bring something unique to the table.
I’m talking about their Acoustic Surface™ technology – which allows the TV to emit great sound via vibrations from the display itself, doing away with conventional speakers that are usually located around the surface area of the TV.
This allows for a cool combination of 4K HDR viewing experience (compatible with your Playstation 4 PRO, so this is extremely relevant to me) with great sound that comes straight to you from the screen in a virtually stand-less form that can probably fit and blend into any living space. This is what Sony calls their One Slate experience.
The Sony BRAVIA OLED A1 series comes in 65″ and 55″ Class Models, with price points available upon inquiry. You can find more information at their Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram page, so do check it out!
P.S. I was able to check out Horizon Zero Dawn in all it’s 4K HDR glory during the event and now, more than ever, I want a 4K monitor HAHA. Goodluck to my budget. :))
